At SketchRipple, we understand that plans can change. However, due to the custom and digital nature of our work, cancellations are subject to the following terms:

1. Before Work Begins

You may cancel your order before any design work has started, and you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any transaction or administrative fees. Please contact us at Contact@SketchRipple.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

2. After Work Has Started

Once design work has begun, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund. This includes time spent on communication, research, and initial drafts.

3. Non-Responsive Clients

If we do not receive the necessary project details, files, or feedback within 7 days of purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the project without refund. We’ll always make multiple attempts to contact you first.

4. Right to Refuse or Cancel

SketchRipple reserves the right to cancel a project at any time due to inappropriate requests, non-payment, or breach of terms. In such cases, you will be notified, and any applicable refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

5. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, email us at Contact@SketchRipple.com  with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 1–2 business days.
