All design files are delivered electronically via email or a download link (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox). No physical products are shipped.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the scope of the project. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days after receiving all necessary information and payment. For larger or more complex projects, estimated timelines will be communicated upfront.

3. Rush Orders

If you need your project completed sooner, we offer expedited delivery for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all required materials, content, and feedback promptly. Delays in response or missing information may extend the delivery timeframe.

5. File Formats

Final designs are delivered in high-resolution formats (e.g., PNG, JPG, PDF) and editable source files (e.g., AI, PSD) as specified per project.

6. Non-Delivery
