REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, all sales are final. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.
1. No Refunds on Digital Services
Once a project has been initiated, we cannot offer refunds. This includes time spent on communication, research, and design drafts, which are part of the service provided.
2. Revision Support
To ensure client satisfaction, most of our services include a set number of revisions (as specified in the service description). We will work with you to refine the design within the scope of the original request.
3. Project Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order before any design work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus administrative or transaction fees). Please contact us immediately at Contact@SketchRipple.com in such cases.
4. Non-Delivery
If you do not receive your completed files within the expected timeframe and have not heard from us, please contact us at Contact@SketchRipple.com. We will ensure prompt delivery or offer a resolution if we fail to fulfill the service.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in the revocation of your license to use our designs and a ban from future service.
